*It takes time for passengers to be check-in and for the Captain to give the safety brief so the Touch of Gray can get underway on time, please be at boat by 0600 SHARP.

Deep-Sea Fishing trips are open boat, which means it is open to the public. There is no assigned seating, however, if you pick a spot it’s yours for the day on the Touch of Gray. The wheelhouse is limited to 6 passengers for operational safety reasons. Open Boat fishing trips target Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Cusk, Hake, Halibut, Monk Fish, and more!! The boat leaves the dock PROMPTLY at 0630 and returns at 1500 @ $155 + 15-20% gratuity pp for the mate.  There is a 7 passenger minimum with a 12 passengers maximum on all Open Boat trips. Less is more!

There needs to be a minimum of seven (7) passengers booked for the Touch of Gray to leave the dock for every public fishing trip. Less is more!

NO REFUND will be issued to customers who MISS THE BOAT or are no-shows.

The Touch of Gray will not return to port early because someone gets seasick while out on the fishing grounds. Should you want a more personal and exclusive fishing trip for your family or group small or large a private charter is your best option. This allows you to control how many passengers are on board your trip and it also allows you to head in early from your trip. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter at any time without a refund.

Fish: Tuna
Leaves: Between 0300-0600 (Depending on tides and/or weather conditions.)
Max Passengers: 6 People
Cost:$2200 + 20% gratuity for the mate.

About:

Typically a 10–12-hour day of fishing.

*Any Bluefin Tuna caught that is greater than 73” becomes the property of the boat due to federal regulations. Any Bluefin Tuna less than 73” is the property of the customer.  They will make the decision to catch and release or harvest the fish. Please take this into consideration as wasting the resource is not TOLERATED.

** Departure time will be agreed upon the night before the scheduled day of fishing.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit reserves the Touch of Gray for the date that you select for your Private Deep Sea Fishing Charter and the balance is due 14 days before your scheduled Private Deep Sea Fishing date. Should your private charter be canceled by the captain for any reason a full refund will be issued or applied to a future charter at the customer's discretion. The captain reserves the right to terminate the Fishing Trip at any time without a refund.

​Should you need or want a later start time accommodations can be made, however this does not extend your fishing day. The Touch of Gray returns at 1500 from all deep sea fishing trips.

Special Events: Wedding parties, sunset cruises, whale watching, harbor tours, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and ash scatterings. (Not seeing what you are looking for? Contact the Captain.)
Cost: $350 per hour + 20% gratuity for the mate for up to 8 passengers.

Each additional passenger up to a maximum of 30 passengers will be charged $75.00 pp.
Please select a departure time when booking your charter.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the date for your private charter. The balance is due 14 days prior to your private charters date reserved. Failure to pay the balance of your private charter will result in your private charter being cancelled for non-payment.  Should your Private Charter or Special Event be canceled by the captain for any reason a full refund will be issued or applied to a future charter at the customer's discretion.

The captain reserves the right to terminate the Custom Charter or Private Event at any time without a refund.

FOR THE HARDCORE FISHERMAN

About:

This is a trip for the hard-core fisherman. The Iron Man Offshore trip targets Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Cusk, Hake, Halibut, Monk Fish, and more! The boat leaves the dock at 2300 and returns at 1700 the following day. The Touch of Gray heads offshore up to 100 miles to Platts Bank, Three Dory Ridge, Fippennies Ledge, or Cashes Ledge depending on the marine weather forecast and fishing reports. This permits the fisherman to retain a two days bag limit on this trip. You’d better bring a bigger cooler!!
